Do you provide raw photos or unedited footage?
Short answer: no.
I deliver fully edited, brand-ready photos and videos only. Raw files are not included, as the editing process is a core part of my creative work and ensures the final content aligns with your brand, lighting, and strategy.
Do you travel for content days?
Yes — travel is available for an additional fee.
Travel fees cover flight, lodging, transportation, and travel time. All travel details and pricing are discussed and approved before booking.
Is the content location included in my package?
Content locations are not included unless stated in our packages. Most clients either: Use their own space (office, home, storefront), or book a studio or content house separately. I’ll guide you on what type of location works best for your brand and goals.
How long does it take to receive my content?
Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days after your content day, unless otherwise stated in your contract. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
How long does it take to start seeing clients from organic social media?
This can vary based on how consistently you post and show up online. That said, most of our clients begin seeing their first organic leads within three to six months of implementing their content strategy.
Do you help with posing or what to say on camera?
Absolutely. You’ll receive creative direction, prompts, and guidance throughout the shoot especially for talking-head content. You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what to say.
